Good Morning everyone. A storm came through yesterday arvo and things cooled down making it very pleasant sitting on my front verandah enjoying the breeze. We received some rain but not a lot.

I am amazed at the high scores you manage to get on Zuma. Since they changed it ,I have been getting low scores. What's your secret LOL so I can try to beat you LOL

I need help with and ID for a 9 inch lamp that I have . First thought it was an easy Anchor Hocking go but a check with the GF books now has me confused. Maybe MacBeth Evans made it

Good Morning everyone. Another hot one ahead for us today. It's 8a.m and already its starting to feel uncomfortably hot. There is a slight chance we may get a little bit of rain this arvo. I hope so.
Sister phoned me at 6a.m and we went to a garage sale and then out for breakfast.

Cold at 28 degrees here this morning. Seemed like the medical appointment took forever. I liked the new doctor though.I go back in 3 weeks to get the results of the blood work.

@kasi I made note of your meat buying site. With my extended family being close by I think we might be able to use the larger amounts. I had bought a split half of beef last year just before Christmas. We divided among the 3 DDs. The they expressed their appreciation at different times through the year.

@songbreeze Gail if RL gives you that much trouble I would never get signed up or get my stuff listed.Think I'll hang with ebay.

I have a small collection of primitive Santos. Several years ago a person who had gone to a Catholic School told me that when something was lost one of the nun teachers would say "Tony, Tony turn around. Somethings lost and must be found.

I can't find a Peanuts lunch box that I sold a couple of days ago. Even had the household helper take a round of looking. So now I have St. Anthony with his face turned to the corner.

Good afternoon, glassies. Was so tired from yesterday that I slept in late, only to have my sister drop by and say she had just come from the new Fleamarket...and she rented a booth. Slapped some clothes on, grabbed a coca-cola, and headed back out of town to help her set up her booth. Just got home. 102° outside. Yikes!

Good morning, glassies. Little cold front moved in last night so we will only reach 75° today which will be a relief from the high 80s and low 90s we've been having.

I managed to get 3 auctions written up and pics taken yesterday.Now to get them launched. Not sure how they will go on eBay but thought what the heck,I would give them a shot.

Good morning, glassies. I'm working hard at trying to wake up Got to take the dog to the groomer, need to finish packing a box and get it to the Post Office, and have to pick up my sick friend and take her shopping at WalMart.

@kasi KASI ... what a mess! I had a pack rat once and he did damage in my bathroom closet and drawers. That was mainly paper products. Can only imagine what a mess to have him a critter in your food area.

As far as eBay, yep, you read it right...no borders, no text allowed in your Gallery picture.

Good morning, glassies. Seem to be doing well this morning. I had a very stressful event yesterday and I think my body just went a bit haywire. Will see how today goes. Long story but the gist is a poor pitiful abandoned dog that I have loved and and harbored for more than a year, I must have put down today. IF I can get her into the car which I seriously wonder if I can do. Oh well, we'll see what this afternoon brings.

@sellingthings MARTY ... Hopefully @favoritegram LAINEY will pop in and take a look at your perfumes...also @kasi KASI... as they are very helpful. I think Lainey does commercial perfumes and Kasi does solid perfumes, but they know alot about perfumes and maybe have some links that would help too.

This is our first day of winter. 🙂 Rain rain rain and about 35°. Even then it's not bad at all.

Good Morning everyone If I didn’t know better I’d think it winter down here LOL Here I sit with my dressing gown & slippers on. Can’t believe how cool it is this morning 15Clesius.This time of year we are usually sleep depraved, fed up with the continual heat and praying for rain Not so this year. Only 3 days this summer have we seen 30 Celsius And really that is very mild for our summer (though the humidity on those days was a killer)

I have been sitting on tender hooks waiting to hear from the Lithgow buyer. The item was delivered Monday (via Aus Posts tracking site) I emailed buyer Tuesday to see if they were pleased with their purchase. No word from them. SO I am summising that all must be OK or they surely would have contacted me by now But I still like to be told so I can put that transaction to rest.

I am up a little earlier than I've been getting up the for the past few days. Haven't checked the temperatures but feels like it might be colder. I have a cup of hot mocha coffee, the gas log turned on, my fingerless gloves on, and a heating pad in my lap.

Bob in Kentucky . Thanks for the reminder. Strange seller that would not accept the returned pitcher even when you told him that no refund was necessary. Maybe he felt that an acceptance would be a confirmation that he knew the pitcher was damaged.
I need some advice about a mink stole that I bought earlier this winter. I think the buyer must have been a smoker as it has an all over dis coloration. Any suggestions for getting it cleaner other than having it professionally cleaned. I used to shake my hand hooked wool rugs in fresh fluffy snow. Haven't had any of that yet this winter.

I have the exact same plan and I too will probably miss it when the time comes. But looking around at what I still have and what I have sold in the past 3 years, I have quite a number of tears to go before my home is empty of all collections. LOL that makes me sound like a packrat but I do have it all tastefully diplayed and in reasonable order. I am told my home is like walking through a museum
