I especially love your "unknown" pitcher and glasses....by any chance do they "glow"/fluoresce under a blacklight? They look as if they might possibly be the right green color to do so.

@dianes DIANE ... as REEN said it looks to be Westmorelands 1800 line. It is the majo bowl. That shape can be seen on page 131...and the flower design on page 132 of Chas West Wilson's "Westmoreland Glass" book.

Been the past few hours takin my ill friend around to run errands. Got myself a new keyboard while we were out but I'm to tired to want to pull my desk out to hook it up. The one I have now is so dirty and germ-encrusted it should be quarantined. Actually, it's going into the trash.

It's gotten really overcast here and in response that just might require an afternoon nap.....

Busy morning as I HAD to do laundry, wash dishes, carry out garbage, vacuum. It just wasn't going to wait another day. Clothes in the dryer now and will mop a bit later.

@10bbg10 HELEN ... thanks for asking, feeling a bit better. This cough sure has hung on though for a long time.

@donscns DON ... I think the pink shaker idea is delightful for your granddaughter. I really must think of something for my 2 littlest girls, Alexa and Ava. I believe it is @shanigirl Ruth who collects the Molly and Addie Depression Glass patterns since those are her granddaughters' names. Any suggestions appreciated. I really should find something like that...it would be great fun to have a quest.

@carma CARL ... scary, as I sure wouldn't want a bear taking up winter hibernation residence in my yard/shed. He might just be scouting out his den if it's getting so cold that you could see flakes. Yikes! That, hopefully, should be another 2 months before we think snow.

@lizabeth1936 .... do you like to go be Liz or Lizabeth? I miss being able to click easily to see the sellers' eBay listings. To some degree you can do so here, but it's a bit more round-about. IF...and only IF...someone has put a link in their profile.....

Then you can click on their picture....click on the tab that says "Profile"... and there is a line that says "eBay Auctions URL". You can click that link to see their listings. So it is 3 clicks instead of 1 click, but you CAN see the listings. Of course, you can only see them IF THE PERSON ADDED THE LINK TO THEIR PROFILE.

I would really encourage all the Sellers here to take the time to add the link to their profile. Right now if you click on mine you will find no listings as I put my store on vacation until I return from my trip to California. If you click on Bill-itsagas, you will see his listings.

@shanigirl RUTH ... so sorry I can't help but I'm just stone dumb when it comes to open salts. I just know nothing about them. Hopefully someone will be along before long who can help.

@shellyrae37 SHELLY … I’ve only the one sister. I drove her to the Heart Hospital in Tulsa yesterday where they did an angiogram. After she had that time with the chest pains and I went over and stayed with her several days, she finally saw her regular doctor when he returned from vacation. She since had blood work, EKG, and appointment with a cardiologist and then scheduled for this angiogram. As it turns out everything is just fine and doing great.

@ginnyrose CAROL … what a beautiful color of your candleholders. I’ve never seen that color before. I love stretch glass.

@fyrqueen KATIE … what an absolutely adorable furkid!

@neacenacks MABLE … so sorry, but haven’t a clue on your candlesticks. Very pretty though.

@shanigirl RUTH … I think it’s highly likely it is tarnish black. Try a wee spot with silver polish….do NOT press hard as silver overlay is often quite thin and can be rubbed off. But with just a gently rubbing any silver overlay I’ve ever had responds beautifully to being cleaned up.

@fran FRAN … Thank you so much for posting the boards for me. Was able to bring my sister home from the hospital and she is doing just fine with a clean bill of health. Thanks again for your help.
