Good morning, glassies. Mercy, I was so tired out from yesterday's trip to Tulsa and other errands run for my friend. Just came home and collapsed in the recliner. Need to get some stuff done here at home today, but I'm slow to get started.

@jmart8248 IRENE M ... I do have way too much stock in the house, and no, I don't have to knock myself out buying more...but the problem is I LOVE buying more. Searching and buying is the most fun part! That's why I have so much stock. Tagging and listing are the boring parts.... 🙁

@shellyrae37 SHELLY ... I no longer use boxes to carry my stuff to the malls. Just to big, bulky, or heavy for me to manage. I was really thrilled to get some collapsible bags that have a rigid base and reinforced sides...actually made for groceries etc. They will hold 35 lbs. but they are a really manageable size with strap/handles. I love them and they've really made it much easier to tote around.

@norske65 WES ... Good to see you checking back in. Hope all has been going well for you. Collected any new treasures lately?

@donscns DON ... Really enjoyed the Nursery School website information. The pictures were just tooooo ADORABLE! 😀

Sending out my most sincere sympathy to all of you in the frozen wake of these storms that have been and are yet to come. I'm ever so grateful for where I live and that I am not having to endure the extreme weather. Praying that all will stay safe and warm until this all passes.

@norske65 WES ... thanks, those pics are much better but I still can't make out the pattern enough to even say for sure whether it is old or new. Hopefully someone will be along more familiar with the pattern.

@sfinds SHARON ... sometimes I open a closet door or a drawer I haven't been in for a long time and am always amazed and find it so much fun to see items I completely forgot I had! 🙂

@shellyrae37 SHELLY ... yes, still taking it easy. Not up to full strength yet and do have some restrictions. So I get to be lazy without guilt a while longer. 😀

@norske65 WES ... if it's possible to take a picture looking INTO the vase and out only one side, it will show the pattern better. It looks a bit like a paddlewheel pattern, but I can't see if that is a star in the center that is often seen on contemporary European lead crystal giftware.

@norske65 WES ... my first thought was Indiana's WILLOW (WOM: Willow, Oleander, Magnolia), but when I did a search, none of the Indiana pieces had the same edging on their items...theirs were just evenly spaced scallops.

@norske65 WES ... sorry, I don't know your pretty bowl. If I were to guess, and a guess it surely is, I'd be thinking contemporary European 24+ lead crystal such as that seen coming out of Romania, Poland, Germany, etc.

Good afternoon from Indianapolis where the Super Bowl will be held in just a couple of weeks. I am tired of reading about it in the Indianapolis Star. Then there has been the firing of the Colt's manager. And what is going to happen to Payton Manning. Never have been especially fond of the Colt's owner, Jim Isray, but felt like he had to what he had to do. I spect that if I were a tv watcher I would be ready to throw up my hands.

We have about 2 inches of snow mixed with sleet and temps hanging around 30 degrees. I definitely will be staying in today. I did get enough pictures yesterday while we had bright light to keep me busy for a while. I'll get those ready and set in the listings that have written .
@songbreeze Gail, I have heard nothing further from the party that was interested in the Rocket Diamond. But maybe we hang around our computer more than she does.

@norske65 That weather report sounds about right for North Dakota. Seems I recall a rather ribald saying a 'well digger and the weather ' in North Dakota.

I've been up for a couple of hours. I like to get up early but don't like getting up to a cold house. I think DH has the thermostat set to increase the temperature at 7:00 am. I can and do do a manual adjustment but it is still a bit before the temps are comfortable for me.
I have been diligently pinching all those elephants in our house. There is one in the garage, another in the laundry room , others in the two spare bedrooms, and a smaller but visible one in the packing room. Do you get the idea that I collect elephants? Well I do that, too. But, as all of you know, these are inventory elephants.

@wattleihavenext --- Julie, When I looked at your auctions 2 days back they were O.K. . But looks like you might have found the source your problems. OTOH, I wish you would start pumping those Aussies up to buy Pendleton wool clothing. I have several pieces in my inventory. I'm trying to get all those pieces listed that are a part of my elephants before it is too late for our winter season. Then I'm hoping that the Aussies will buy during their winter seasons. Maybe I should have a t-shirt printed to send down your way. BUY PENDLETON WOOLENS from beads!books!glitter! on eBay!

Good afternoon, glassies….well, good evening actually. I’ve been everywhere today and also to Joplin and back. To the bank, to the grocery store, off to WalMart, got the house insurance purchased, stocked some more stuff in my booth. I’m going to try to pack up some more things and tag them tonight and may another run to Joplin tomorrow.

@angelzwhim2 ALI … Welcome to the New Glass Chatroom! Delighted you’ve joined us! I only sell on eBay. Others will let you know where they sell. I’ve been quite discouraged with a lot of the changes and I can’t decide if I’m going to keep my eBay store or not. I’m just letting everything expire this month and haven’t decided if I’m going to relist or not.
