All the way up to 23F here in NJ -- but there's this funny white stuff falling down (and sticking). Should be an interesting eveining -- snow changing to sleet/freezing rain -- and then tomorrow into the 50s and all rain. DH is flying to FL tomorrow morning to visit a friend in Boca. His flight is at 6 am so he's already settled into a hotel right by the airport -- doesn't have to worry about getting there (or about waking me up at 4 am when he was going to leave the house). Now he just has to hope the plane he'll be on tomorrow makes it back to the airport tonight.

I have done most of mine online (Australian Companies I have not been buying off shore) And the stocking fillers I can get while doing my normal grocery shop. My day started with a bootcamp session at 6-7a.m and ended with a bootcamp session 5.30-6.30p.m. And in bewteen I babysat my 3 yr old grandson. We spent most of the day indoors because of the weather.Miss P went to Daycare.

Janice @capecodlady and Shelly the kids are very lucky to have a caring Grandmother. My normal babysitting duties are one day a week But every now and then DD has a busy schedule with her work, meetings , travelling to Sydney etc, so I step in when ever necessary.

Had a nice start to my day. A bootcamp session along our river bank and then some garage sales and breakfast out with my sister.
I just received word from my neice, my brother was very distrort this morning so they upped his morphine dose to get him settled . He was very aggitated yesteday too. Not the best of patients, I can tell you. I won't go into details. But let me say, those nurses need a medal.

LOL Janice @capecodlady re your friend fussing like a 5 year old over the Kale Crush. I make a very yummy kale smoothie. The colour green doesn't look all that inviting and I must admit the first time I made it I wasn't so sure about drinking it. BUT to my surprise it was delicious. I think some ppl as soon as they hear "healthy" they immediately convince themselves it will taste yucky. I did a dinner party for some of my girlfriends and used all the meals from my "diet" (Didn't tell them that though LOL) They loved everything and were amazed when I told them this was my "diet" food.

Glad you beat back the spirochetes! Mine is borellia with bartonella as the co-infection. Antibiotics failed me miserably -- tried two courses in different years and only made it 3 wks then got really sick. So I stick with herbal remedies which work really well if I don't get stressed. Typical August weather for us here, cold and blowing a gale.I really do not look forward to doing this weekend's swapmeet .Its usually always bitterly cold with dirty dusty winds blowing. It's not pleasant sitting for 2 days getting sandblastered and freezing . BUT its the money that makes me go. It is one of the best swaps I do and its huge with over 1,000 stall holders. Plus its only a 30 minute drive for me.
