This is an Estate sale that is by Appt. only and I've been invited to be one of the first in to buy. It's a Leslie Pina sale. I will not be buying anything on the 1st day. I imagine the prices will be far above what they are really selling for. Maybe the 3rd. day when prices are way down. This sale should muddle the Blenko and Murano prices.

Large Snake Eats Beaver, Swims Across River Where Kids Play
ABC News 19 hours ago .
The hunt for a large snake seen feasting on a beaver in Maine has residents atwitter. Police in Westbrook say the 10-foot-long snake finished its meal early Wednesday and then swam across the Presumpscot River and disappeared into brush on the other side. Residents are alarmed because children swim and feed ducks in that section of the river. The snake was quickly dubbed Wessie and the Presumpscot Python by residents on social media. A Twitter hashtag was created, and someone made a fake account for the snake. Police are patrolling the riverbank. But the snake is nowhere to be seen. The Maine Warden Service say the snake is expected to lay dormant for a couple days because it just consumed a Beaver. -

Birch Tree---
AnthracnoseAnthracnose is a fungal disease signaled by small, irregular, brown spots with darker brown outer edges, which causes early loss of the birch leaves and makes it more susceptible to insect infestations.
Wetwood or Slime Flux---
Wetwood affects the core and/or bark of a birch tree. This disease causes the tree to ooze a slime that many insects like to feed on.
Heart Rot----
Birch trees are very susceptible to decay. This makes heart rot a very common and destructive birch disease. Heart rot kills the tree from the inside out, causing a falling hazard.
Insects----
The bronze birch borer is a deadly enemy to all birch trees and very difficult to control. The borers' young eat their way through the tree, weakening it from the inside out. The birch leafminer is another insect that will weaken the tree in a similar manner.

This is the message that Etsy sent me.
The United States Postal Service will be raising rates by between 10% and 22%, depending on mail class, on January 17, 2016. Use Calculated Shipping to avoid having to adjust your shipping costs manually. Calculated Shipping determines accurate shipping costs for your buyers based on their location and each order’s weight and dimensions so you don’t have to. You’ll never have to worry about updating your shipping costs for new rates again!

Carl---Is it marked? Years ago there was a guy from my area and a guy from Virginia that were messing around iridizing Opalescent glass and some of it was good looking. They were also doing oddball things to Carnival Glass to make rarity's. This Satin Glass tumbler might be one of their things. They also were taking Carnival Glass bowls and heating them up in Kilns and somehow pressed them into plates. Seeck had an auction in Lexington Ky. years ago and a couple of them were sold there.
