Good morning, glassies. Busy getting stuff ready to take to the Ketchum Mall this afternoon. Taking a coffee break for now.

@wattleihavenext JULIE … sorry that little Miss P is under the weather. Have you tried ear muffs for both of you? At the first sign of winter I put mine on and they don’t come off til Spring. Might help with all the wind.

@amber1986 AMBER … very pretty bowl. I don’t know who made it but it looks like a lovely contemporary Mikasa piece.

@donscns DON … eBay would like the return policy be for any reason or even for no reason…no questions asked. Their new automated return policy (if a Seller chooses to ”opt in”) is like that. Personally, I’d block anyone who tried to return something because the color was different than they thought. When I have a piece where color might be misconstrued, I always place a crayon with the color name label showing and say their monitor should match the crayon. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110936263748&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT Granted most people don’t have a box a colors laying around, but I still think one’s monitor shouldn’t be too far off. Rim chip that I had missed would horrify me and I’d gladly give a partial refund if it were part of a set. If the color were OK for you, I’m sure you would have been satisfied with a partial refund. If this is a pitcher/tumbler set, the cost of return shipping also presents a headache for either the Buyer or the Seller. When all’s said and done, it’s not an easy choice to make as to what to do. It’s a hassle to fight for return, but at the same time, you don’t want to keep something that is going to make your jaw tighten up every time you walk past it. Good luck on whatever you decide to do.

@sellingthings MARTY…. I can understand the first part of your return policy but starting with PLEASE NOTE, well, that would turn me right off and I’d hit the back button.
