Good Morning everyone. It is supposed to be another hot one here today. It topped 100 yesterday and the next few days are supposed to bring more of the same.

@reen, Those are awful. The only times I have ever suffered with leg cramps, was when I was expecting my girls. DH would be woken from a sound sleep to find me doing some of those deep breathing exercises and hunched over, trying to reach my legs to massage the cramp out,( which of course wasn't possible because my stomach was in the way). It used to scare the heck out of him. He thought I was in labor and he was going to have to deliver a baby. LOL
Well I guess I should get some of my errands done before the worst of the heat hits.
