@wjweese... these other thoughts are just absolute guesses for what it's worth.... I think the toothpick is something new, perhaps Mikasa or something like that. I think the covered candy dish is possibly newer giftware. The small finger bowl I find the picture too fuzzy to see the pattern well. Where you say creamer and sugar, I only see a small bowl which looks like newer giftware to me. When I use the term newer, I'm speaking of 1950s to present.
