@songbreeze Gail, Insurance is for the seller, they have to get the item to the buyer unbroken. Didn't it change a year or so ago that sellers could no longer offer insurance, they had to build the cost into the shipping? Did you return the items with tracking information? If so I would file a SNAD.
I agree that if a buyer changes their mind on an item they should pay the return shipping. When an item is broken or not as described it should be on the seller to pay.
