@gailmacphee Gail, and @jmart8248 Irene, I think it does not matter what you put in your TOS eBay is going to go with the buyer. Sorry but the occasional return is one of those things that is sometimes referred to as " Sxxx Happens."
As for today's events --- I remembered why I like to print my shipping label through eBay rather than PayPal. The email for the Delivery Confirmation has the name of the item and other pertinent information. PayPal printed shipping labels has only the delivery confirmation number.
