Morning Glassies ~! I was planning on going to an auction south of me, in SC, (home of the cheapest gas in the country right now, $2.80) this morning, down out of the mountains where temps are usually 8-10 degrees hotter than here. Then I saw the weather report last night. The heat wave is here! It'll be mid to high 90's down there. And the all day auction is inside a big warehouse bldg. Haven't been there before, but the website says, "This auction is a moving auction and usually lasts several hours. We do provide a full concession stand all day with breakfast and lunch items. Please be aware that due to the size of the building, most of the auction area is not heated/cooled. " Sounds like a grueling day and there was only a couple things I was interested in. But I'm still debating. If I bring a chair and buy one of those hand-held personal fans that spray water...
Right now, it's 55F and I woke up freezing - I'm wearing wooly socks and heavy robe!
@suzy - ! It was worth a shot. So many curios, do you have room for couch and chairs?!
