@gailmacphee GAIL ... good gravy, you are paying way too much for postage if you don't print it on-line. Confirmation is 85¢ at the PO and free if Priority on-line or only 19¢ if Parcel Post. And if an item is only 1 or 2 pounds...sometimes 3 pounds...you can ship Priority rather than Parcel for nearly the same price! The item gets there faster, safer, and cheaper for the customer. The app ShipSaver also is MUCH cheaper way to insure than through the PO.
