I looked for the Milk Glass one in my limited resources...Newbound, Chiarenza/Slater, Belknap, WVMAG Monograph #15, WVMAG #96 on Lornita. Tried looking also on the eapgpattern website. Just no luck so far. Have you tried contacting the National Milk Glass Collectors Society ? http://www.nmgcs.org/
