nancyjean @nona - love hummers. try to keep at least 3 feeders full at the campground. Got a nice surprise early last Fall when I went to retrieve a feeder to fill. Hummer came & landed on feeder when I picked off Shepherd's Crook. He looked at me & chirped very loudly then flew off a few feet and hovered. Flew off into pine tree near camper & returned as soon as I filled feeder & put it back. I think the same one came around on daily basis throughout the early fall.
