The green plate looks to be HORSESHOE by Indiana Glass Co. #612, 1930-1933.
The amber plate NORMANDIE aka BOUQUET & LATTICE by Federal Glass Co, 1933-1940.
The black plate MIGHT be made by Westmoreland...needs others to look at and help with it.
