Happy New year everyone. I got mine off to a nice start this morning, with a visit to Pasadena City College Flea Market. I bought a green Fenton, Boggy Bayou vase, a set of Fenton, Celeste Blue, Stretch Glass #449 candle holders, 4 different decorative antique plates, one red and white transferware plate and a vintage childs egg beater. All of this for a grand total of $19.50. Whoo Hoo!

I'll also vouch for Downtown Abbey! Daughter #3 and I are anxiously waiting for Downton Abbey season two. Season two has already started airing in England. I found a few of the new episodes available from a streaming service and was really tempted, but they were out of sequence, so I guess I'll just wait until the new season starts next Sunday. Another period piece that I enjoyed on Netflix, was a mini series called North and South (not the same series that aired here a number of years ago).
