Good Morning. Thankfully the cool change has arrived here and with a little bit of rain. I am feeling half human again!! This morning it was stairs day at bootcamp. It felt so good to be running in the drizzling rain, after all that heat we have had.
I am getting very excited!! Today I will be booking my flights to Nepal. Another trek coming up for me.
Jim @dorbitz snakes aren't my favourite thing either LOL Apparently where I do the Parkrun, there have been a few brown snake sightings.
