BOB in KY ... I am so sorry to hear about BIN. I understand your reluctance, but of the pets I've had to have put down (one had cancer, another liver failure) I find my memories of their passing seems to be gentler for me because I was with them and able to pet and hold them. It makes me think that they knew they were loved and didn't have to pass alone. (((((Hugs)))) for both you and BIN.
