Good Morning everyone. Its much cooler today then yesterday. Thank Heavens!! I started my day with a bootcamp session on the beach and then a few of us went for breakfast afterwards at a lovely cafe. A nice way to kick start my weekend.

Alicia@4931nextdoor Those kind of temps are ahead for us down here.and it's not summer yet. The humidity yesterday arvo was a killer. I only had to blink and the perspiration was running off me.
