Got an ebay buyer who flat out claims he never bid on my item. Right. Just wondering if there's going to be any advantage to going through the NPB process, vs agreeing to not complete the sale. Can't they basically get out of an unpaid item strike by making any response at all? Not sure which way to go. Either way they're blocked.
