Shelly -- they may call them the NY Giants and the NY Jets but the stadium they play in (MetLife Stadium) is in NJ (officially East Rutherford, NJ), about 20 minutes from me. And yes, New York City is very far from Buffalo. There is no snow down here. The story with L.E. Smith and Greensburg Glass is that L.E. Smith purchased the Greensburg Glass Co. in February, 1920, and operated it as Plant #2. It was sold in 1939 to American Glass Corp., a manufacturer of chandelier glass (from "L.E. Smith Encyclopedia of Glass" by Tom Felt, his second L.E. Smith book).

@baabaamason Bob -- glad to hear from you, so sorry you're having such a hard time. I hope your ankle continues to heal and that you are able to deal with being at home. (And once you're healed up and back to dealing with stuff, we need to talk about that glass penguin.)
