IreneM--It's a debit card, not a credit card. I've had it for years. They now have that "Paypal credit" formerly "BillMeLater." Not sure if you can get an actual card with that or not, but it is a credit account. It's handled by a different bank than Paypal. I've seen a lot of complaints about that BillMeLater outfit. Seems they're running a lot of "hard" credit checks on people that never requested credit.
