Got a funny email from Paypal. I think it's legit, but I wonder if it's what they really intend to say. "Use your PayPal Business Debit MasterCard® for signature purchases totaling $3,000 or more, now through November 15, 2014, and you could earn a PayPal account credit.* Spend $3000 in 3 weeks? nice offer.
