Carma--I don't know what's happening but when I go to a listing page I see 1 minute increments on scheduling. Maybe you're getting a 'beta" page. Hope it doesn't change to 15 min. 6 different pieces of a dish set spread over an hour and a half? No way. I'd do them all at the same time rather than do that.
