Good afternoon everyone. It is still a glorious day out. Been to DR's for a routine check and got a clean bill of health Blood Pressure perfect etc.Just goes to show a small change in eating habits and regular exercise does work 🙂
@shellyrae37 its not winter I dread. Ours is very mild compared to yours. But I do dread the summer when we get high temps mixed with high humidity That does me in.
Irene @jmart8248 as usual tinypic doesn't like me and will not load your pics. They seem to be more concerned about me seeing all the adds surrounding it . I get offers of playing the slot machines with $30 free, a dating site , a heap of other thumbnail "images You'll also enjoy" and a big blank space where your pic is suppose to be. 🙁 🙁 But if I try again later it will all show. So I will look later on.
