Gail--On ebays new return policy, you can opt out NOW, but it's going to be phased in for everyone by fall of 2015. That means the buyer can generate a return label though ebay without ever contacting you first, YOU pay return shippng, and the money can be yanked out of your Paypal account OR your linked bank account. "Hassle-Free" for the buyer, big hassle for the seller. Still not clear on whether they will allow a "no returns" policy going forward, but I think that's a poor policy for a seller to have. I'm not too worried, because I've had very few returns. But most of the ones I've had have been bogus. Like the clearly described "Fenton 2 oz wines" (with measurements) that were returned because "they're so tiny." They were expecting water goblets. Now I have to pay shipping to get something like that back.
