Well, I see ebay fixed my seller dashboard. It now says 100% tracking uploaded with specified time. I'm guessing it will be a mess for the next month.
Not that worried about that extended holiday return thing. I've only had 1 return in 12 years as an ebay seller, and I don't really expect anything to change. Non-paying bidders is another story.
