Thanks all for responding about the tracking scans. In studying ebays goofy rules further, it appears to me that for one day handling they require you to upload tracking info the day after payment (which is done automatically by printing labels through ebay) but they only require the carrier to validate that number at any point on the route. The numbers on different parts of the seller dashboard appear to me to be conflicting and totally wrong. It appears that their only beef with my handling time is for July, not back in June when all these delays at my PO seem to have happened. I only had 10 sales for July and all 10 were recieved by my PO the day after payment. Yet they say my tracking percentage for July is 68%. You can't have 68% out of 10 to begin with. I think this is all a glitch with their new seller dashboard. If they don't straighten it out I'll have to call them.
