Gail Mac & George--Before you get too excited, that Dogwood pitcher is not the "American Sweetheart style, which has $650 BV. The AS style is shown in TAGF's "Very Rare Glassware of the Depression Years" but in that book he calls it the "S-Pattern Style." Under S-pattern in an old 8th edition book he shows 2 pitchers he calls "Dogwood style' and "American Sweetheart syle," The pitcher in the "rare" book is much more round and bulbous, and is definitely the shape of an American Sweetheart pitcher. Your pitcher is the usual Dogwood shape, and the reeded or plain handle doesn't matter that much. In my experience reeded is a tad better.
