DON...The pattern of the pitcher is.. FLOWER AND DIAMOND. Made by U.S. Glass in 1913 .pattern #15147. It is pictured on page 265 of McCains, but with the wrong pattern number. In the U.S. Glass book by Heacock a catalog reprint is pictured on page 170 with the correct pattern number of 15147.
