Hi glass friends....just read about insurance claims. I recently filed a US Postal Online claim seeking $95 (cost to replace the item) and wanted the check sent to the purchaser....purchaser received the check but it as for only $50 and I had insured the pkg. for $120!!! Don't know what's going on there, but someone I fear thinks it was insured for the free $50 insurance even thought I supplied ins. #, etc.....so I've filed an appeal...don't have any idea how long that will take... Bob in KY
