I believe it IS MW – looks like one of their shapes and they did a fair number of bird designs – usually game birds but not always. Could have also been a mustard. At any rate, I’m pretty sure it didn’t originally have the small end of an egg oval shaped metal shaker end. (And my opinion is worth exactly what you paid for it.)
