@carma Carl (or anyone else familiar with Fostoria Glass):
I may have a chance to buy a Seascape 12" salver in Opalescent Blue (Caribee blue ?) for less than $30. Is it worth the effort & expense for resale? BV is ~$130 (I think) & one just sold on eBay for $255.
