BILL.. The pattern is .. BALL AND BAR.. made by Westmoreland in 1896.. on page 96 of McCains. Here is a listing for a clear one...
I've only seen the small pitcher.. I don't recall seeing any other items in the pattern, although Mc Cain says it was made in a full extended table service.
