The lamp is not in my hands at this point. so I cant do better than this photo. I should be able to get it this WE as I will be going to the country again. I'll try to get with her and get that.

According to the lady who owns it, it was in her mothers house "as is" since before she was born. She is not young. At least in her mid seventies. She told me that she had no reason to doubt it being original. Still anything is possible.
I'll Google as you suggest and see what more I can discover. Thank you again for your help..
