@itsagas : I figured the price on that must surely be considerably more now. That book was a monumental help to Ruby Stain enthusiasts, but it is somewhat confusing & sketchy in the information department. When Bill was completing that book in 1985-86 he was already suffering from the effects of the disease that took his life just two years later. He was easily confused & his thought patterns were becoming disorganized quite rapidly. He called me a couple times during the writing of that book & I ran into him at one of the larger shows in the spring of 1986. He was not in good shape at all. It was very sad to see.

I have no idea who updated the price guides after his passing, but I think it might have been Jim Measell.
