@shellyrae37 Shelly - VA does a great job of reminding patients of appointments. My last app't - I received 4 different phone reminders of the date, time & what to bring (ID's, etc.). Now just waiting to get my refund check from the VA to reimburse me for clinic & lab visits that I have paid for (after improper billing from VA - on VA disability, don't have to pay for clinic & lab treatments).
