Hello everyone, hope you are all having a great afternoon! I want to ask about this piece because I don't think it is supposed to be a lamp but not sure. It's very pretty as a lamp but I really don't believe it was intended to be. I really would appreciate some help with it. Maybe not a lamp, maybe a hanging vase, planter???
