Afternoon Glassies: LTNS

Looking for details on $1 purchase this AM @ local second hand shop. Loved the color on this Daisy & Button top hat but had to buy when I saw the "D" in the heart. Know that it is Degenhart but I am still puzzled by the intense glow under UV. I know that Crystal Art Glass AKA Degenhart used the mark only in the 70's.

I can't find out anything in my books since they only cover up to the 60's ! Any ID & value help would be appreciated.
