@glassusa Bob as I hear it only eBay and PP systems will not offer Parcel Select until March because they did not get the programs done. The service is supposed to be available through the USPS. I am told there is also a "Parcel Standard" not sure yet what that covers or if it will be available without standing in line at the PO.
