Gail @gailmacphee I have never had any problems with Aus Post. Had some glass arrive broken once but that was the packers fault.2 pieces of glass in a box with nothing between them, so they moved about in transit and of course damaged one & other. I made a claim & I was refunded. BTW fragile stickers mean diddly squat. No such service is available with Aus Post, (this was what I was told once LOL)
With selling for over 10 years I have had to deal with Aus Post only a few times, usually lost parcel and they have always been very easy to deal with.Just a couple of weeks ago I had emailed them about a parcel in transit and the next day I receive a phone call from a very pleasant man to talk about the problem.All fixed not a worry. I am not sure who makes the claim for your incident . Not sure whether it is from this end or your end?
