@amber1986 Amber, it's a bread stuffing (stale bread, sauteed onions, seasoning, eggs to hold it together) with chestnuts added. Used to be a whole production when my dad roasted & peeled the chestnuts. Then my dad developed a technique for doing six at a time in the microwave. For the past two years, my mom bought them pre-cooked (I think she buys them frozen).
