Glass Chatroom Board

Good Morning Glassies. I finally have a few seconds to myself so I hope to get a chance to relax and catch up on the board. The past few weeks have been bitter sweet. DD #2 married her boyfriend of eight years. She wanted a vintage, homemade look and feel to her wedding. I ended up doing a lot of the homemade part and loaning out most of the vintage part. The two of us executed most of the details on our own, and now I know why the wedding planners make the big bucks! The last three days prior to the wedding were pure chaos. I had plans to treat myself to the whole mani-pedi, hair, makeup pampering experience. It didn't work out that way though. I ended up with half an hour to shower, dress, and do my hair and makeup. The bride was stunning though. Some of you have already seen the pics on my facebook page.
That was the sweet part. The bitter part came just a couple weeks before the wedding when DD#4, was blindsided when her marriage fell apart. She is devastated. They have been together for over 10 years and have two little girls, ages 3 and 1. My heart breaks for them. You think you know somebody.....
Ok on a lighter note. I finally got a few more auctions up. I listed my amethyst Early American Prescut serving tray. I want to see how this one does before I decide, if I want to list my cobalt EAPC tray. Does anyone know what it takes, to get it to show up on the pages of Collectors Weekly ? Alicia
