@oklahomasong_Gail, Thanks, that just might be a clue. The same lamp is pictured In, Fostoria Serving The American Table 1887-1986, by Leslie Pena. To confuse things even more they give the name as Foster Block and also as Virginia They show two different examples of the lamps. The second one has a frosted base which makes it a lot easier to see the pattern. The area above the star of David band is plain. Still, I think there may be a Fostoria connection. Alicia
