Good morning Glass Friends,
Over cast and cool here in Indy. Have most of the address label ready. We failed to get the packages for Saturday to the PO before closing time. Guess I really ought to let the buyers know that their package will be later than expected.
Had a call from eBay this morning . Mostly , I think, for urging me to start giving the 14 day return. Guess I'll try to get that set up later today. I think it will be a real PIA for sellers. Wonder if we'll get by with 'buyer pays return shipping.' And returns accepted only if grossly mis-described.
I always have accepted returns . I just do not stated that in my TOS. Had one returned this last week because the size said 45" chest measurement when it really was only 44" ---- and a vintage sweater at that. Much more likely to be 'buyer's remorse".
For the first time ever I have had a couple of books returned in the past 60 days. Economy maybe ? I just don't know.
@abzoid -- You amaze me with the depth of your knowledge. And your willingness to share that knowledge. On my browser Marty's Star tumbler looks quite clear with no hint of amber. I have seen tons of that pattern. But never have seen any color except clear glass-- crystal. There is lots on the thrift store shelves right now. I do sometimes buy the pitchers.
