HI to Julie, Toby and Gail
Thanks for the welcome and help 🙂
The pontil is polished smooth, and the overshot forms a circle around it.I have nothing on the left hand side of my screen, just grey/gray space! I tried the how to post a picture "page but the pic was tiny and later, on the same page, it says this function is disabled, so post a link instead. Will keep plugging at it though!

I am beside myself trying to find anything and not finding the stuff I apparently put up before! Teething troubles I guess, but I do not feel like I am winning here. This is the link to the pic, here is the question again.I have a very nice glass jug, cranberry overshot glass, with a clear handle. Under a black light, the handle glows faintly and you can also see faint green within the crackle itself. It is 5 1/2 inches high. I am hoping that someone can identify this shape for me. I am thinking EAPG, whch does turn up in Australia quite frequently. A good glassie friend has suggested Boston & Sandwich or Hobbs. -

Greetings to all. I am thrilled to have found where you have all been hiding out, since the chat room at The Other Place was closed. Thanks to George for redirecting me, especially as I had not even realised that it had gone. However, I have had challenges getting registered so Webmaster Curt has told me to introduce myself this way. Because I might not have the same info about me as everyone else, I will just say that I am in Australia, have sold online for years, occasionally used the previous Glass Board to help a newbie glass person (me) identify glass I was stuck with. If my avatar worked (I cannot see this yet) it shows Lily Peke and Mink, my adored and very funny Pekes. I am, however, basically a cat person, with my real shop named after the fellow who is now my oldest kitty, Oscar Brown. I do have something that I want to ask about but I will addd that later today. Cheers to all, Sue
