    JimL

I recently had vertigo. Dr. said a microscopic bit of calcium was floating around and was touching the tiny bones in the inner ear. He taught me a quick little tip to help ease and sometime stop a mild attack. You take your pointer finger and rub little circles just behind your earlobe on the side the vertigo affected you and it will soon let up. My was always on the right side. Hope this helps.
