Well I have tried several times to upload a pic to my profile and I keep getting the same error message that I need to use only JPG etc. All the pics I ma using are in JPG so I don't understand what the problem is?

I am having trouble uploading a pic on profile it keeps saying it needs to be in JPG etc format Which it is. What am I doing wrong?
