George. The base on this piece has a 4 toe base. It rings like crystal when you flip it with your fingernail. Dan

Hello. Some of my pottery friends say this is Murano glass. Heavy for the size 4 pounds maybe. It's 7" tall by 12" wide at the widest point. Molded glass with 4 mold lines on it. And is it red, or amberina? THanks, Dan
