Thanks Julie - Good to see everyone - turned 66 today - my how the years have flown by - Fran sends her best - we had to put poor witto Phlash to sleep earlier this year, but we've adopted a new rescue kitty named Lacey! Our old friend Lizzie passed away on May 20th of last year - we miss her deeply!

I can only have Raspberry Jelly, not Jam - my cousin had to have his appendix removed when he was ten - I was told a Raspberry seed got caught in his appendix by my mother - ever since, if I eat a Raspberry, I insist on grinding each seed to powder before swallowing - my wife thinks I'm nuts and it takes me about an hour to eat each Raspberry - SO JELLY, NOT JAM LOL! Jack gone seedless!

The L & G is doing great - she's just recovered from her second knee replacement - she also just reached her goal weight at Weightwatchers and was awarded her lifetime membership - heading back to work next Monday - I'm okay too - kept the weight off - between us we're down a total of 248 pounds - I started at 346 and am now down to 178 - Fran and I are on Facebook in case any of you would like to befriend us - plenty of photos - just search for Jack Hauseman or Fran Hauseman and send a friend request!
